Hiring Process

    Send Us Your CV
    You can always check out our current vacancies and apply for the position that excites you the most! If you don’t see any position that seems right, send us your CV anyway via following link and we will try to find the best fit! We will confirm we got your application once we receive it.

    HR Interview
    HR will reach out to schedule Teams video call in order to explore your interests, motivation and get a better sense of your qualifications. This is also a good opportunity for you to get to know the Company and work conditions a bit better, so prepare your questions. Have in mind that this is not a technical interview so you won't be discussing technical aspects in detail, it will be covered later in the process. The estimated duration of this call is up to 1 hour. If it goes well and both sides remain interested to continue with the process, we'll typically send you a technical test.

    Technical Test
    Tests or coding assessments contain technical questions that help us to assess your familiarity with problem-solving in your given field. We will provide you with the link that leads to the test, and in the next 3 days we will ask you to find the suitable time to finish the test. It usually lasts around 90 minutes, but may vary depending on the role. Once we check your results we will provide you with feedback.

    Tech Interview
    If you receive our invitation for a tech interview – congratulations, you've successfully passed the test! This interview will be organized online or on-site (depending on the current situation) with colleagues from your future team. During 1 hour, which is approximate duration of this step, you will get more insight into the position and projects they are working on, after which they will be interested to hear about your experience, interests and relevant skills for the role.

    Feedback
    After we've reviewed interview results and selected the best candidate for the position we will send them the offer letter. All candidates who were involved in the process, yet not selected for the role will hear from us and receive relevant feedback.

Interview Tips & Tricks

Make sure you are available few minutes before and after the scheduled interview time. It is ideal to avoid rush and take the time to prepare for a relaxed conversation. If the timing of the interview doesn’t work for you, suggest a time that better suits your schedule.
Find a quiet place without distractions and ensure you have a stable internet connection.
Do a test-run with your computer to ensure both audio and video work properly.
Consider what motivates you the most about the role you applied for and share it with interviewers.
Think about your expectations for this position.
Be ready to share concrete examples from your professional life that will Illustrate your skills and resourcefulness.
Prepare to ask questions. This is your chance to learn more about the company, projects you will be working on and the team.
