Software Implementation Specialist
We are looking for a Software Implementation Specialist to join our team in Belgrade, working on a long-term SaaS platform project in the maritime industry.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working at the intersection of technology, customer support, and software quality assurance.
As a bridge between users and the platform, you will ensure that customers have a seamless experience by handling onboarding, platform configuration, and operational support. A part of this position also involves quality assurance, ensuring that the platform functions smoothly and meets high-quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the implementation and onboarding of new customers, ensuring proper system setup.
- Configure and optimize platform settings based on customer needs.
- Provide direct support to customers, answering inquiries and resolving issues.
- Conduct QA testing to ensure platform stability and functionality.
- Collaborate with the development team to translate customer needs into platform improvements.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in software implementation, functional administration or customer support.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with ERP and SaaS solutions.
- Ability to manage platform configurations and optimize user experience.
- Technical insight is a plus but not strictly required.
- Excellent English communication skills (daily use).
- Experience with QA testing is a plus.
