We are looking for a UI/UX Designer to join our team in Belgrade, starting March 3, 2025.

This role involves designing intuitive and visually appealing user experiences for our long-term Enterprise client. You’ll collaborate closely with developers, project managers, QAs and stakeholders to create seamless and user-friendly interfaces. Proficiency in Figma is required, as it will be the primary tool for wireframing and prototyping.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and refine user interfaces for web and mobile applications
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to enhance UX
• Collaborate with developers to ensure design feasibility and consistency
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights
• Maintain and contribute to design systems and UI components

 

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in UI/UX design
• Proficiency in Figma (crucial for the role)
• Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX projects (submission required)
• Understanding of UX principles, user research, and accessibility standards
• Experience with design systems and component-based UI
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate design decisions effectively
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and front-end development principles is a plus
• Excellent English communication skills (daily use)
